\u23f1 Party Duration:<\/strong> 2 hours
80 minutes of gymnastics fun and activities followed by 40 minutes for food and celebration time.

\ud83c\udf82 Food & Decorations:<\/strong>
Please bring your own food, table decorations, party bags, and birthday cake. We are a nut-free venue. For everyone\u2019s safety, please do not bring nuts or nut products inside.

\ud83d\udcb0 Cost:<\/strong>
\u00a3230 for up to 20 children \u2013 Free play session OR<\/strong>
\u00a3300 for up to 20 children \u2013 Structured session
\u00a38 per additional child (structured session is capped at 25 children).

Free Play Session format:<\/strong>
 Unstructured and informal. Children can explore equipment, play games, and move around freely at their own pace. Staff supervise for safety but do not lead or instruct activities. Encourages creativity, social interaction, and independent play. Gymnastics equipment, soft play areas, or open spaces where kids can move and experiment.

Structured Session format: <\/strong>
Organized and led by trained staff.
Planned gymnastics games, obstacle courses, skill challenges, and group activities.
Staff actively lead all activities, guide children through exercises, and ensure safety while teaching basic skills.
Teaches gymnastics skills, teamwork, and coordination in a fun, organised way while celebrating the birthday.

\ud83d\udcc5 Booking & Payment:<\/strong>
To secure your booking, a non-refundable \u00a350 deposit will be required. The remaining balance is due one week before the party date (we will request this through your JoinIn account).
Final numbers of children attending must be confirmed one week before the party to allow us to arrange appropriate staff cover. Waivers for each child must also be completed and submitted at the same time.

Friendly reminder:<\/strong> 
To make sure every child has a safe and fun experience, parties need to run to time, and organisers will have a maximum of 15 minutes to pack up so that the next booking can start smoothly.
