Retford Gymnastics Club runs a continuous fundraising programme and is actively pursuing grants where possible. We have had great success over the years with some very ambitious goals to replace and update our equipment, with the last fundraising goal being met to allow us to purchase a much needed replacement floor for the gym, at a cost of over £50,000. We managed to fundraise £25,000 ourselves, and a received a grant for the remainder.
We are currently fundraising for additional apparatus, so we can increase the number of gymnastic stations , to meet the growing number of participants. We anticipate this will cost in the region of £25,000.

Gift Aid - We need your support
Gift Aid is a UK government scheme allowing charities to reclaim basic rate tax (25p for every £1 donated) on eligible donations from UK taxpayers, making your donation worth 25% more at no extra cost to you, provided you've made a Gift Aid declaration. For example, a £10 donation becomes £12.50 for the charity when Gift Aid is applied, with the charity claiming the extra £2.50 back from HMRC. To qualify, you must pay enough UK income or Capital Gains Tax to cover the tax the charity reclaims in that tax year, and you declare this by completing a simple form for the charity.
